Some might have noticed the temperatures being warmer than what they used to be. I am based South Carolina, where for the most part it is always hot. Although the last two years I have noticed it has been warmer than I remember it being in the past. I remember Halloween a couple years ago, and I remember being cold. Today it's October 23rd, 8 days away from Halloween and it is 81 degrees. So what is climate change, how does it affect us and the earth we live in? Climate change is a change in average temperatures and rain over a period of-time. There are some changes that have happened over a period of time, such as: mountain glaciers getting smaller, changes in flowers and blooming times, the Arctic's experiencing ice melting at an alarming rate and the rising sea levels. Some scientist say that if we keep going at the rate we are at, there wont be a Earth for our children's children. My goal with this blog is to educate and offer some simple alternatives that anyone can do to help preserve and take care of our Earth a little better.
